1. Tutoring Services
Math Milkyway provides online mathematics tutoring for high school students, including Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2. Tutoring is designed to strengthen mathematical understanding, problem-solving skills, and confidence.
2. Session Scheduling
Tutoring sessions are scheduled through our online booking system and are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when the appropriate booking confirmation is received.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a credit or rescheduling.
4. Payment and Fees
Tutoring fees are displayed at the time of booking or purchase. Payment is required according to the selected tutoring service or package. Math Milkyway may change its prices and service offerings at any time.
5. Student Responsibilities
Students should arrive on time and prepared for each session with the materials needed for learning. Students are expected to participate appropriately and maintain respectful behavior during online tutoring sessions.
6. Academic Results
Math Milkyway provides educational support but does not guarantee specific grades, test scores, academic results, or school outcomes. Student progress depends on several factors, including participation, attendance, practice, and individual learning needs.
7. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the Math Milkyway Privacy Policy.
