Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Notice

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a credit or rescheduling.

Students who arrive late may use the remaining scheduled session time. The session will normally end at the originally scheduled time.
